This biannual event started
in 1999 on Crane Lake, Alberta - Canada's hotspot for the sport of hydrofoiling.
In 2001 the 2nd Flyin had over 15 Pro riders in attendance, and saw the
retirement of Tony Klarich, one of hydrofoiling's most innovative and
inspiring riders (now the Flight Worlds event coordinator). This 3rd flyin
event brought Todd Kyser and Geno Yauchler out to help riders and perform
for the event show - now moved to Moose Lake, Alberta. A family event
that has gained the reputation of a trip worth making, look for the next
Canadian Flyin in summer of 2005... WOH will be there! |
